My Story
My journey began over two decades ago—navigating the early startup scene in Bosnia and Herzegovina, often building from scratch in uncertain environments. From launching platforms like MojPosao.ba to mentoring hundreds of founders, every challenge became an opportunity to learn, pivot, and grow.
I’ve experienced the ups and downs of entrepreneurship firsthand—building, exiting, failing, and reinventing. With every venture, I’ve gained new insights into leadership, innovation, and human potential. Today, my purpose is simple: to share those lessons and help the next wave of founders and leaders avoid common traps, move faster, and build with intention.
The Early Years
From an early age, I was fascinated by how things worked—always taking apart radios, remote controls, or anything with wires just to understand what made them tick. That innate curiosity eventually led me to technology and entrepreneurship.
As a student, I became intrigued by how the internet could connect people, ideas, and opportunities. Back in the days of dial-up, I saw the web not just as a tool—but as a gateway to innovation, possibility, and empowerment.
Today & Beyond
Today, I lead multiple ventures focused on empowering individuals, transforming organizations, and redefining the future of work across Southeast Europe. From launching platforms like MojPosao.ba to advising startups and helping them scale, it’s been an incredible journey.
But the most fulfilling part? Mentoring emerging leaders and entrepreneurs—helping them navigate uncertainty, find clarity, and build meaningful companies. That’s my mission now: to share what I’ve learned and support others in creating impact through bold, thoughtful action.
